Federal Skilled Worker Program
Federal Skilled Worker Program is one of three economic immigration programs managed by Express Entry, which allows the applicants to obtain the permanent resident of Canada.
Applicants of Federal Skilled Worker Program need to obtain at least 67 points out of 100 points among 6 categories in order to get into the Express Entry for further evaluations. This is called Comprehensive Ranking System and the total score is 1200 points, qualified applicants with 460 points or above have higher probabilities to be selected to become the permanent resident of Canada.
Ideal applicants:
High education level, advanced level of English, several years of professional working experiences
Qualifications:
1. Age (18 or above)
2. Education level (Secondary School or above)
3. At least 1 year of continuous work experience within the last 10 years
4. Language ability (minimum IELTS overall band score of 6.0 or above, or CELPIP)
5. Valid Job offer from Canada (if applicable)
6. Adaptability (any connections with Canada, if applicable)

Federal Skilled Trades Program
Federal Skilled Trades Program is one of three economic immigration programs managed by Express Entry, which allows the applicants to obtain the permanent resident of Canada.
Federal Skilled Trades Program is for skilled workers under these groups of occupations such as chefs and cooks, butchers and bakers, maintenance and equipment operation trades, industrial, electrical and construction trades etc. Qualified applicants with 340 points or above in the Comprehensive Ranking System have higher probabilities to be selected to become the permanent resident of Canada.
Ideal applicants:
Low level of English, several years of professional trade working experiences
Qualifications:
1. Age (18 or above)
2. At least 2 year of continuous related work experience within the last 5 years
3. Language ability (minimum IELTS : Speaking and Listening 5.0 or above, Writing 4.0 and Reading 3.5, or CELPIP)
4. Valid Job offer from Canada or certificate of qualification issued by a Canadian provincial, territorial or federal authority.

Canadian Experience Class
Canadian Experience Class is one of three economic immigration programs managed by Express Entry, which allows the applicants to obtain the permanent resident of Canada.
Canadian Experience Class is for skilled workers who have Canadian work experience and want to become permanent residents, most of these applicants had the study and work experience in Canada before, which help them to gain more points on the CRS system. Applicants through Canadian Experience Class must have at least 1 year full-time work experience in Canada in the past 3 years, qualified applicants with 460 points or above have higher probabilities to be selected to become the permanent resident of Canada.
Ideal applicants :
Graduate from Canadian College or university, at least 1 year Canadian professional work experience
Qualifications:
1. Age (18 or above)
2. At least 1 year of continuous work experience within the last 3 years
3. Language ability (minimum IELTS overall band score of 6.0 or above, or CELPIP)(for NOC 0 or A) (minimum IELTS : Writing, Speaking and Listening 5.0 or above, Reading 4.0 or CELPIP)(for NOC B)

Self-Employed Person
Self-employed Persons Program allows people to immigrate to Canada permanently as a self-employed person.
Applicants who have relevant experience in cultural activities or athletics and be willing and able to make a significant contribution to the cultural or athletic life of Canada. 2 years or above relevant work experience are needed and they need to obatin at least 35 points out of 100 points among 5 categories.
Ideal applicants:
Artists, Athletes, Interior Designers, Actors, Photographers
Qualifications:
1. Age (18 or above)
2. Education level (Secondary or above)
3. At least 2 year of continuous work experience within the last 5 years
4. Language ability (IELTS or CELPIP)
5. Adaptability (any connections with Canada, if applicable)

Family Sponsorship
Family Sponsorship Program allows the PR of Canada or Canadian citizen to sponsor their spouse, partner or dependent children to live in Canada. There is another program for parents and grandparents sponsorship which has quotas every year.
Qualification:
1. Age (18 or above)
2. PR of Canada or Canadian Citizen
3. Sponsor is not receiving social assisant from the government
4. Basic Income

Labor Market Impact Assessment (LMIA)
Labor Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) is a document that an emploer in Canada may need to get before hiring a foreign worker.
Eligible employer needs to prove that no Canadian or PR is available to do this job, then the employer can apply LMIA through Employment and Social Development Canada. A positive LMIA assessment can help the applicant to apply work permit or permanent resident application. Applicants can have 50 or 200 points extra with valid job offer and LMIA support.

BC Provinical Nomination Program (BCPNP)
BC Provincial Nomination Program is one of Nomination programs among different provinces in Canada, which allows the applicants to gain 600 points more in the Express Entry CRS system and obtain the permanent resident of Canada. Applicants with the support of the employer can apply for the nomination of the province, it helps the applicants who are working for the high demand occupation to stay in Canada and develop the country.

Atlantic Immigration Pilot
Atlantic Immigration Pilot helps employers in Atlantic Canada hire foreign skilled workers who want to immigrate to Atlantic Canada and international graduates who want to stay in Atlantic Canada after they graduate. The provinces participated to this program are Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland and Labrador.
Applicants need to receive the valid job offer from the employer from one of these 4 provinces with other requirements, then they can get the work permit to work in Canada and wait for the approval of permanent resident application.
Qualifications:
1. Job offer from designated employer (valid 1 year or above)
2. Education level (Secondary or above)
3. Language ability (minimum IELTS : Listening 4.5, Writing and Speaking 4.0 and Reading 3.5, or CELPIP)
