Rehabilitation
Applicants with criminal records need to obtain a "Rehabilitation Application" approved by the IRCC before they are eligible to apply for various types of Canadian visas and immigration.
Our professional team of RCIC has many years of experience in applying for criminal rehabilitation applications, helping clients from various backgrounds successfully travel to Canada to visit relatives, travel, study, and even immigrate.

Rehabilitation
Rehabilitation applications allow applicants with criminal records to submit a rehabilitation application to IRCC, providing a candid account of the case details, verdict, sentence, and recent rehabilitation history. If immigration authorities determine that the applicant has a low risk of reoffending and poses no threat to Canada, they may approve the application. With this approval letter, the applicant can then apply for an eTA, visitor visa, student permit, work permit, or permanent residence (PR).
