On October 24, 2024, the IRCC officially announced the immigration levels plan for 2025 to 2027, which will improve Canada's local economy and national living standards in recent years, including insufficient housing supply, rising prices, and immigration applications favoring certain ethnic groups. Although the number and quota of each immigration channel have been tightened on the surface, the plan is not a fixed limit. The IRCC has set a lower and upper limit for each immigration project, and the quota will be adjusted annually according to the actual situation. Therefore, those who intend to study, work or immigrate to Canada do not need to worry too much. Otherwise, your step is equivalent to giving up the immigration quota.
